Texas Tech Advances To Omaha After Defeating College Of Charleston

It took two days and runs collectively to rid the Cougars of Charleston from West Texas, and with that, the Red Raiders are on their way to Omaha for the first time ever.

The first Super Regional berth paved the way for a World Series opportunity, and Texas Tech seized just that. The Red Raiders will face off against either Pepperdine or TCU up in Nebraska. We'll disclose the details later.

For now, it's time to celebrate, as the Red Raiders are on the "Road to Omaha" and laying some concrete history on the way.
