Lubbock Woman Released From Jail After DWI Crash With Her Kids
Jennifer Aguero (32) has been released from jail after her arrest for DWI on Sunday, April 24.
Aguero was driving drunk with her two daughters in the vehicle when she crashed her SUV in to a mobile home, wrecking a car port in the 7300 block of 4th St.
The vehicle ended up on its side with the trio stuck inside.
Police told KAMC News that Aguero, who was booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center after the crash, posted bond of $7,500 and was back home with her daughters by Monday afternoon.
The children recovered from their injuries sustained in the accident and there are no reports that Child Protective Services will get involved.
