Well folks the weekend is in full swing now. If you're one of the party types you are probably getting ready to hit the bars and see what sort of trouble you can get into. If you're the laid back stay at home type (OK, married), you are probably looking for ways to get lucky.

But let's be real, even if you're the party type you too are hoping to score by the end of the night.

Lucky for you I have devoted my weekend to giving you tips on just such things... OK, maybe I'm just looking for more ways to be sure I continue to score...

Regardless of your "status" here are a few items you might want to have on had as snacks throughout the evening to help increase your odds of playing a little game of slap and tickle tonight.

First, start the night out with a glass of wine for that special someone, it was recently discovered through a scientific study that women who have one to two glasses of wine a day have higher sexual desire, lubrication, and overall satisfaction...

Then maybe a few dozen raw oysters, the high zinc content is said to increase testosterone levels, be sure to add a dash of hot sauce, why, well it's been proven the spicy treat increases blood flow not just to your mouth but to "other" areas as well...

Then maybe a salad with celery, avocado, asparagus, and pumpkin seeds, with a dressing with a little ginger, garlic, cardamom, and sweet basil. All of these have vitamins and minerals that have been known for a long time to be aphrodisiacs.

Finally for dessert, a little watermelon and chocolate.

Everyone of these foods are said to contain ingredients proven to increase sexual desire in both men and women...... Hmmmmm I just got a craving for fresh watermelon sorbet and chocolate....
