Area Law Enforcement Agencies Search for Child Abducted by Mother from Sundown, Tx, Police Department

The Lubbock Sheriff's Office and other regional law enforcement agencies are searching for a child who was abducted on the morning of Wednesday, December 3, in Hockley County.

The three-year-old child Averi Jamie Lovato was from the Sundown Police Department by her 19-year-old mother Brenda Maria Lovato. Lovato is not the child's legal guardian.

Lovato was last seen driving a 1993 four-door Oldsmobile with the Texas license plate 'PNY679' driving in an unknown direction.

Averi Jamie is described as a three-year-old hispanic female who stand 3' tall. She has black hair and brown eyes. Brenda Maria is 19-years-old 5'2" tall and weighs 91 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
