Astros Top Royals, Rangers Drop Game To Blue Jays Sunday

The Houston Astros and Texas Rangers both ended up with a 2-1 series lead in both ALDS on Sunday, as the Astros doubled up the Kansas City Royals 4-2 and the Rangers succumbed the Toronto offense 5-1.

Going into the start of the workweek, we have an opportunity to see both Texas teams in the ALCS to decide a championship contender vs. the NL's best. It'd be a treat to see a best-of shootout for all the marbles between the two Texas teams.

Hold the phone, however, because both the Blue Jays and the Royals are hungry and will be coming out swinging Monday. Game time for Houston and Kansas City is high noon and Texas vs. Toronto will commence at 3 PM. Both games are here in the Lone Star State.
