According to Jimmy Graves, the leader of the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents, the meeting was intended to be a peaceful gathering.

According to the report from KXAN, the meeting was organized by a coalition of biker groups called the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents. Their president Jimmy Graves, an Austin-area Bandido member, was supposed to be the featured speaker that day at Twin Peaks.

Graves told KXAN that when he showed up that day, the action was over and authorities with M16s had everyone on the ground. He said he had no idea how the fighting started or who started it.

Graves is also a National Officer of the Bandidos and strongly denies any claims that biker gang members were ordered to "kill anyone in uniform."

He told KXAN: "How long do you think the Bandidos motorcycle organization would last if we went out shooting at cops? President Obama himself would send out the Air Force, the Army, the Marine Corp and everybody and take us out. There's no way. We respect the police for doing their job."

The investigation continues to what actually happened Sunday in Waco where nine people were killed, 18 or more hospitalized and over 175 arrests were made.
