After 24 years of giving us fans some of the best cutthroat rock and roll, Black Crowes, more specifically guitarist Rich Robinson, has stated that the band is done.

Wes and I were just talking about this that is is not the first time that the band has had some trouble.

The brothers Robinson can't seem to get it together when they start to have problems and a breakup is their solution. But it may be six months or a year or two before they make amends and find a way to play together again.

Now if if this is really true and the band is over, it sucks. I have always wanted to see the Black Crowes live and it looks like (for now at least) that won't happen.

I grew up with the Black Crowes, and the video for "Hard To Handle" is one of the first videos that I can remember. My dad had their debut album "Shake Your Money Maker" and he would jam it hard. I was instantly a fan.

Hopefully, this is just a case of two brothers that are just being grouchy and maybe we will see Black Crowes continue to bring some of the best southern cutthroat rock and roll to the people.
