Lubbock continues to get some of the best rock shows out there, and Friday's (Nov. 14) show featuring Bobaflex and Royal Bliss proved it.

We were able to catch Aussie band October Rage helping open the show. Though forced to perform sitting down due to a band member's injury (and a lot of medication), the group didn't let it stop them from showing Texas that Australia knows how to rock.

Bobaflex was up next. If you've ever seen the boys from West Virginia play live you know they don't mess around. The band tore through a set, and lead singer Marty McCoy never stopped moving.

Finally, Royal Bliss took the stage. The Salt Lake City, Utah act was fired up from the getgo. Singer Neal Middleton screamed his head off (see the pictures below for proof!) and the Lubbock crowd savored every moment.
