As you are probably aware we all moved our clocks forward in order to begin the yearly ritual known as Daylight Savings Time.

If you are anything like me you hate life the first few weeks after we "spring forward" and dread the fall when we "fall back."

I understand the logic of moving the clocks ahead and hour back in the days before electricity and lights on vehicles...these days is it really necessary?

Recently, I have seen polls asking if people would be OK with doing away with DST, and I for one would be perfectly fine if we could just end the madness!

Heck, every time we spring forward or fall back I spend two hours resetting all my clocks and another two weeks getting my sleep schedule straightened out.
