Local movie makers Evan Denton and Jake McVicker have yet again made more videos this summer, and the latest addition to the myriad of short clips features a spoof of the hit childhood game Jenga.
Cabin in the Woods got me back in the theater. I'm going to see Prometheus next week. I think Sinister is going to be the next one I HAVE to see on the big screen. I keep up with all the horror movie news and somehow I never heard a peep about his one. If the actual movie is ANYTHING like this trailer, it's going to be a scary ride.

Who doesn't love a good ghost story? "The Pact" appears (at least in the trailers) to have the making of a good ghost story. At least it seems like a ghost story with or heroine being thrown all over. I know the title of this blog is a little simple, but it's the truth. I went back and watched Scarface, a movie that is widely revered, not long ago and found it to be very dated. At that time I thought, why doesn't somebody make a new gangster movie for a new generation? It seems they did and I have the trailer for you on the other side.
