I wrote a little funny piece on Tech football the other day. It was just some light humor about some of the misbehavior that has been happening as of late. With graduation season creeping up on us once again, I have been thinking about some of the things my mom made sure I knew how to do before I left for college. At the time, I did not understand how thankful I would be she taught me to do these things on my own, but once I was on my own, I finally realized how lucky I was she did.

The other night at dinner the kids started talking about getting jobs this summer to have some extra spending money. During the course of the conversation we we also discussed what sort of jobs would also look good on future resumes, wanting them to keep in mind that the jobs they get now will (hopefully) not be in the same fields they will eventually pursue as adults.
