What a way to kick off the NFL season, Dallas Cowboys and the Defending Super Bowl Champion New York Giants. After two devastating loses last year to the G-Men, the Cowboys got back up, dusted off and took back what they had lost. The Cowboys went into Met Life Stadium and won 24-17 on Wednesday night.

Tony Romo, connected with WR Kevin Ogletree; who had a brake out game with 8 catches for 114 yards and 2 touchdowns. Demarco Murray, looked great, rushing for 129 yards on 20 carries.

The Cowboy Defense, lead by Demarcus Ware who had 2 sacks, made big plays late in the game to seal the deal.

I know it's the first game of the year, but it was great to see the Cowboys stand face to face with the hated Giants, and find that they weren't so big after all.

The Cowboys travel to Seattle on 9/16.
