Descendents Book Multiple Series of 2017 North American Tour Dates

Last year, punk icons the Descendents put an end to a 12-year drought that began after the band released Cool to Be You in 2004. With some sporadic touring behind Hypercaffium Spazzinate in 2016, they'll be hitting the road this year for another go-around, playing a few series of North American shows between April 6 and Dec. 16.

Over the nine month span, the Descendents will perform just 28 shows, so be sure to catch them when they stop at a city near you. The sporadic touring cycle will first hit the West Coast in early April and then the Midwest and Canada as the calendar flips to May. With two shows in July and another four in August, the touring will come more into focus starting in September with a handful of gigs in each month through the end of the year.

See the full list of tour stops below. One of the dates, April 8, is also a festival stop as the Descendents are slated to play the inaugural When We Were Young festival.

Fans have been celebrating Hypercaffium Spazzinate since its release, thrilled to have another offering from one of punk's prime movers. The band did some celebrating themselves as well, releasing the "Feel This" coffee-based India Pale Ale last year. The brew, which was named after one of the new album's tracks, arrives at a staggering 7.3 ABV.
