Did You Know That You Can Call A Time-Out During A Pool Game? [NSFW]

Last night I made my debut playing in a Local Pool League which was held at The Spoon and one thing took me by surprise was when the other called timeout.

There are several rules that are involved in this league which is cool but the one that I scratch my head at is the time-out rule.

As I explain in the video the pool player I was playing was getting ready to take their shot when another player from her team called time-out and he began coaching her on how to take the shot.

So, I started thinking one of my team mates could call time-out and then we could have some sort of a discussion order a few shots think about it then I'll take my shot and then repeat.
