Diet Advise From David Draiman Of Disturbed [VIDEO]

In a world now, where being healthy is everywhere including TV and Radio Heavy Metal Food did an interview with Disturbed frontman David Draiman on his diet and exercise on the road.

I can defiantly understand that being on a tour bus for 300 days out of the year the staying healthy is vital. i have seen numerous bands that work out before the show. Job For A Cowboy lifts weights and runs before a show. I have also seen bands get together a game of football of soccer before a gig.

Fast food is all around us this day and age but if we can all do a little something to keep our selves healthy maybe we can add a couple years to our life span.

Check out the the interview with David Draiman.
