We do have to deal with our fair share of knuckleheads. Every time we do a show at Wild West (like the 36th FMX Birthday Bash with Hellyeah and the 2016 FMX FreakFest with The Pretty Reckless), there's some moron who pipes up with, 'but that's a country bar!'

Well, Beavis, I have proof that you have no idea what you're talking about.

So what makes Wild West a "country bar"?  Would it be because they play country most weekends, or do you think it's somehow built into the bar's DNA? Well, according to appearances by The Pretty Reckless, Papa Roach, Jack White and a few FMX Birthday Bashes, the place rocks.

Let's go further. When that property opened, it was called Roadhouse Ruby's. It had dance music on the main floor, a martini bar on one side of the upstairs and a room for live rock bands in the other. It had guitars all over the walls and was the scene of a bazillion rock throwdowns.

Have a look for yourself from this introductory flyer I found.
