I am concerned about privacy about as much as the next guy.  Some people seem to be overly concerned about it.  Do you think the government is listening to your phone calls?  What makes you think you're interesting enough to listen to?

I guess it's the "principal" of the thing, but whatever.  If you're not planning a riot or plotting to bomb something I really don't think the government is going to pay much attention to you. And is it really that bothersome that someone might here you give the old lady a grocery list or even talk about a little spanky-spanky when it might prevent other people from getting killed?  It's a trade off.

Anyways here's Doug Stanhope with more thoughts on listening in your conversations.
