Who knows why this is trending right now?  This particular bit is from November.  Dr. Steve Brule is the alter-ego of actor John C. Reilly.  I guess the bit started on Tim & Eric's show, then spun off.  More after the jump.

The Dr. Steve Brule stuff is nutty.  Sometimes it's a short 'inspirational" vingette, other times it's presented as a full time talk show.  This is just a short bit and the awkwardness of it all makes it hilarious.  I hope you enjoy it (and I hope you learn something!).  Check it out:
