Dustin Bates of Starset: ‘I’m Going to Be Following Taylor Momsen Around’ at the FMX Birthday Bash

The days are just dropping off as we get ready for the 34th Annual FMX Birthday Bash presented by Hub City Body Works.

Dustin Bates of Starset took some time to call into The Midday Meltdown with Rooster to talk about Starset's upcoming tour schedule and performing at the Birthday Bash.

Starset has had a pretty gnarly tour schedule and the last time they were here they opened for In This Moment and went to Europe to wrap up The Black Widow Tour.

Now they will be on tour with Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless this Summer, and as I said to Dustin, it's just a rough gig.

This year's Birthday Bash is something really cool to be a part of not just for us fans but for the bands as well. It's really cool to hear bands get excited about seeing some of the other bands on this year's lineup.
