Friday night: Cook-off begins:Registration will be from 4-6 pm (Early registrations are welcome) Email for registration form. Chicken Breast will be judged at 7:00 pm Margaritas will be judged at 7:30 pm
Friday night concert: Dix Hat Band kicks off at 8:30 pm
Bleu Edmonson Band at 10:30 pm
Cost: $10
BYOB - $5 cooler fee
Saturday: Cook-off
Judging times:
Beans: 11:00am
Chicken: 12:00pm
Pork Spare Ribs: 1:00pm
Brisket: 3:00pm
