I am not a fan of the idea of replacing humans with kiosks;  computer touch screens that take your order.

Computer kiosks are going to show two things, 1. Customers often don't put in the order right and that's why it came out bad and 2. Fast Food places are optimized to make the same thing over and over and over and when you change that, you create chaos and things get screwed up.

I am very tired of picky-ass self-entitled jerks complaining that they said "no pickles, and the store can't get it right". It takes almost the exact amount of effort to see if it's "right" as it does to fling the pickles out of your window.  It's the same type of people complaining that don't want to pay fast-food workers a decent wage, so we get workers who really don't give a crap or are just using the job as a stepping stone.

If you want a custom burger, go to a custom burger place. If you want a Big Mac, go get a Big Mac, we all know the ingredients by heart.  Your whining is about to put a bunch of people out of work and it's not going to get better, it's going to get worse.
