I've got another screaming five pack for ya. This is my follow up to "Five Songs That Are Better Than An Energy Drink" list. That list leaned a little punk. This list will lean a little old school metal.

1. Welcome To The Jungle. We get started with those opening notes that let you know a storm is coming.  Axl Rose's tale of innocence lost picks up steam like a snowball rolling downhill.

2. Super-Charger Heaven. Sometime just called "Devil-Man" by listeners, this White Zombie classic features a circular riff that just doesn't let up. This was an easy choice for the list.

3. Paranoid. Black Sabbath checks in with their classic track from 1969. Tommy Iommi gets things started but for me it's Geezer Butler's pummeling bass that powers this track.

4. Seek And Destroy. How do you pick just one Metallica track for energy?  This was a tough one, but when I think "cup of coffee" (our topic d'jour) I like the message of just getting up and kicking ass that this track has.

5. Ace Of Spades.  This one is DEFINITELY powered by bass. This is Lemmy's "Magnum Opus". He absolutely shreds his way through the Motorhead classic. If this one doesn't get you going, then nothing will.
