Flyleaf Previews New Album ‘Between the Stars’ [Listen]

Flyleaf is gearing up to release the first album with new singer Kristen May September 16. The record, "Between the Stars," is now available for fans to hear online.

May spoke to Yahoo! Music about the new music and motivation behind the songs.

"We explored the idea of the attraction or magnetism you can feel with someone you love; how incredibly powerful that force of nature can be," she said. "Even if you're apart, you still feel them as if they are right by your side. They can fill up the dark parts in you."

Lubbock fans will have the chance to hear the new music live when Flyleaf plays Jake's Sports Cafe October 3.
