I saw at least three different "FMX Big Purple Party" shirts.  They were pretty cool and not a bad way to remember event.  The only problem is, we didn't have anything to to with any of them.

As you can see from the above Instagram pic, at this point I was under the impression that this was just an awesome listener who made her own shirt.  It wasn't until late that I found out that someone was sellling them out of a backpack in the parking lot.

Your first tip that we had nothing to do with this should have been that they were charging for the shirts.  We don't sell shirts, we give them away (that could change someday, but that's how it is now).  Next, the bands wouldn't want us to sell shirts because they want to sell shirts. They're cool with us giving some away because they figure that means you may still have the cash to buy one of theirs.

To be honest, this doesn't really bother us that much.  You could be arrested and have your stuff confiscated if you're bootlegging on the property, but that would be up to the merchandisers and not us (you have to have permission to use logos and whatnot).  We're kind of honored that FMX and "Big Purple Party" were popular enough to be bootlegged. As for those of you buying them, in  VERY EXTREME situations this merchandise could be confiscated, but that rarely happens.  We just hope you guys got a good quality shirt for your money (how much were they charging by the way?).
