FMX Purple Party: Could Magic Happen? [VIDEO]

We’ve had our share of “magic moments” in Lubbock. The guys in Slayer said playing “Reign In Blood” during a West Texas thunderstorm was one of their favorite moments ever.  Lubbock is one of the few places that saw Amy Lee sing with Seether.  How about when Corey Taylor came out and kicked beach balls during Halestorm’s set?

With as many bands as we have on the FMX Big Purple Party Bill, anything could happen.  I think that is illustrated by this video we found of what seems to be a very unlikely collaboration.  It’s Chino of the Deftones guesting with Filter. It’s not the best recording, but it’s just an idea of some of the things that could happen.
