Get Mooned Twice This January

January has two full moons, and there's lot's more fun science and space fun on the way!

The full moon tonight is the "Wolf Moon". The wolves should be howling extra loud tonight because it's also a "Supermoon" and it will look much larger to you.

Now, are you ready for the big news? January will have two full moons. The second one will be the "Blue Moon". So if anybody ever tells you something happens "once in a blue moon", you can be a wise guy and say, "what, on January 31st?".  Okay, so that's not how it always works, but that's how it's going to work this year.
