Get Out And Enjoy Taste Test Tuesday

You may or may not know that Lubbock has its very own food bank that provides food to hundreds of needy families every week.

You also may or may not know that they also have a garden where they grown fruits and vegetables to include in the food boxes they give away every week.

Every Tuesday the Heart of Lubbock Community Garden, located at 2324 21st right here in Lubbock sponsors a pretty cool event.

Its called, "Taste Test Tuesday."

This event is open to the public and gives residents a chance to sample some awesome ways to prepare locally grown food.
