Get Out To Joyland This Summer

It is probably no secret that I love amusement parks.

However, with all my I have going on I don't get to get out of town to enjoy them very often.

Thankfully, Lubbock has its very own little gym of an amusement park located in MacKenzie State Park.

Joyland has been a Lubbock mainstay for over forty years featuring some of my favorite thrill rides.

I have to confess though, my very favorite ride is the steel roller coaster called the Mouse Trap.

I could honestly go to Joyland and spend the entire time riding nothing but that one coaster.

You should make it a point to check it out this summer.
