Go Get Your Sausage On Today!

I've always been a fan of St. Joseph's Sausage Fest (okay, go ahead and get your "sausage fest" jokes out of the way now). Anyways, this fundraiser for St. Joseph's Catholic School is one of those great annual events that make you feel at home in West Texas.

You've got just a short drive to Slaton to take advantage of probably the best sausage you've ever tasted. I'm talking big German dinner sausages from a 200 year old recipe.  You can dine in at the big feast 11 to 3 or get some vacuum packed sausage to store until you're ready to rock.
