Godsmack in the Process of Writing for a New Album

We're already catching waves and fielding rumors on the new album that Godsmack is already putting together. A recent interview Shannon Larkin, the band's drummer, participated in declares the band is going for that rugged, "tough sounding" record.

Of course, last year we got a doozie of an album in 1000hp which spawned a single in the title track, a great song "Something Different" and other rockers. Larkin mentioned that the new material would be in "the vein of" those aforementioned songs.

No word has been dished on when the new album will be released, but rest assured we'll have you covered when it gets out.
