Grand Canyon Slides By Texas Tech Tuesday

The Antelopes of Grand Canyon used the top of the ninth as the clincher during Tuesday night's matchup against the favored Red Raiders, topping Tech by a score of 5-4.

Though the two teams will face off again tomorrow afternoon, Tech could've definitely used this series as a way to regain some composure lost over the weekend. Splitting this series Wednesday, to me, is quite important to the Red Raiders, who dropped to 21st in polls this week.

We'll certainly see what happens Wednesday afternoon, as the first pitch is set for 2 PM at the Rip.
