I have already resigned myself to the fact that this show may not make it to season three. It's okay, sometimes you want things to die before they become old and tired. When NBC (or any Network) moves a show to Fridays, you know it's in trouble. This is really sad because season two is even better than season one. The only reason I bring any of this up is, people will eventually "discover" the show on Hulu or Netflix and then be sad to say they didn't support it when it was on.

Most of Hannibal so far is about his relationship with Will Graham, an F.B.I. special investigator.  This relationship, of course, turns sour as Graham is accused of Lector's crimes.  I guess that's about enough of a description.  As a horror fan, I can tell you that the kills in "Hannibal" are movie quality, unbelievably thought out and always surprising.  Just watch Hannbal prepare dinners will creep you out because for the most part it's only implied that he's using human parts.  Some of the dinners will flat out make you squirm.

One of the hardest things to do is to turn a series on midway, but just try one episode. I don't think you'll be lost. I think it will make you want to watch past episodes and keep you going into the future.  Some of it is very atmospheric, but if you liked "True Detective" then "Hannibal" is right up your alley.

Happy eating everyone!  (Okay, is that "happy eating, everyone" or "happy eating everyone"?  Creepy).
