Happy Birthday To J. from Hurt [VIDEO]

Over the past thirteen years, I have had to the honor to meet and become friends with a lot of guys in some of the best bands.

One of these guys is J. Loren Wince of HURT. I have to be honest with you all, J. is probably one of the most humble and down to earth guys I have ever had the privilege to meet, as well as call my friend.

On more than one occasion J. and the rest of the our buds in HURT have added Lubbock shows to their already hectic tour schedule for us, and their local fans.

In fact, I bet not many of you know that when they were here in June to open the Guns and Roses show they drove in that day from Houston, in a rented van that kept breaking down, for what amounted to gas money to get here and back to Dallas for a show the next night.

If you have ever been to one of their shows, you already know that before and after they go on, J. can be found hanging out talking to fans, signing autographs, or having drinks and chatting it up. And if you have never been to one of their shows, well shame on you, you have no idea what you're missing!

With all this in mind, I wanted to take a minute to wish J, our dear friend here at FMX a very, very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Brother, you're one in a million and we love ya! Hope to see you guys back in the Hub really, really soon!
