I know we have more than a few amateur chefs out there. Chances are one of the skills your missing is how to “flip food”. It turns out that if you are throwing the food up, you are doing it wrong. This is a neat little video and within seconds you will at least mentally master this skill. More after the jump.

This skill will make you look like a stud in the kitchen. Flipping food is not only entertaining, it can be helpful when you forgot where you left your spatula.  You might think flipping the food up and down is the way to go, but it turns out it’s more a push pull.  Within seconds this guy will have you at least mentally prepared to look like a kitchen badass.
