Are your expecting me to tell you 'don't try this at home'? I know some of you are going to 'try this at home' and I know some of you (not you, but the other guys) are dumb enough to get burnt or electrocuted doing it. How about I just keep it at "be careful, this could hurt you band". More after the jump.

I never really thought about the fact that when you put batteries back to back in series, you're getting more volts.  Meaning, in series two 9 volt batters don't mean a stronger 9 volt power source, it means 18 volts.  Now if you wanted a stronger 9 volt you'd hook them up  in parallel but that's another blog.  Anyways, this guy hooks up enough 'in series' to come up with about 2000 volts!.
