I Dedicate This Blood Donation To The Vets!

It's nice that everyone is thanking the vets today. It's awesome that some places are even offering free food or services to the vets. I'm going to take all of that and ask you to take it one step further. I want you to match my blood donation this week.

I'll be honest, I had planned on donating blood this week anyways, but why not do it with our Vets in mind?  I personally like to "dedicate" my donations to someone each time.  Now, all my "dedications" are is a simple mention on Facebook, but I want those folks to know that I do this in their honor.  I'll be making my trip over to United Blood Services this evening.  I have to ask our Vets to share this honor though, I would also like to dedicate this blood donation to a great man, Mr. Les Britton.

So how about it?  We not be a hero by donating in honor of our heroes?  You can't even imaging what some of these guys go through, so surely you can handle a little needle stick in their honor.

How about a little reminder too?  I just noticed that the local United Blood Services Facebook page has a measly 606 likes. How about you go like their page right now and support them!
