I You Love A Great Soundcheck! [VIDEO]

One of my favorite perks of being a radio dj is being able to be at a venue early and checking out a killer sound check.

If you have never been to a sound check, let me give you a quick breakdown. The band will take the stage and then the sound guy will talk with them through a microphone and tell each member of the band what he would like to hear to get the sound level correct.

Pete Sandoval former drummer of Morbid Angel probably gives the greatest sound check ever. The sound asks to hear his kick drum and then Pete busts out this crazy drum solo but its what the sound guy says at the end of the video that makes this just epic.
