I don't enough about the process of "Fracking" to really comment on it.  All I know is its a way a releasing natural gas or gasses from shale.  I've heard it messes up ground water (which once again I don't know for sure), but now scientists are saying it's causing earthquakes.

It would make sense that if you put a big hole in a semi-solid object (like the earth) that some "adjustments" would take place.  Now the process of "fracking" is being blamed for actually causing earthquakes.  Check it out:
