It’s Time To Say Thank You And Goodbye To Victor Hernandez

There's a few sayings around here that need to be said. One is "how long does it take you to look at a hot horseshoe?" The other saying would be "if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's probably a duck".  Councilman Victor Hernandez is one hot duck.

Councilman Victor Hernandez is currently the target of a recall campaign. His house is being sold at foreclosure auction (after he managed to delay the process by two years by suing).  He is constantly at the center of whatever embarrassing or ignorant thing that makes it's way across the desks of the city council members. Probably even more importantly he's part of a group that can't get a handle on whatever shenanigans are going on with LP&L.  Yes, he managed to take the City Manager out and make it look like the recent controversy was her fault when no person on this earth could keep up with the constant demands and attitude he gives.

So let's be honest.  He gets re-elected due to name recognition in a heavily Hispanic district. It's time people in the district demand a better representative.  You work hard and pay your bills, shouldn't your city councilman do the same?
