Japanese Kid Makes For Entertaining At Bat Stay

I used to go to baseball games when I was a kid. I don't think my dad enjoyed it much either. It just seemed like a lost of fanfare over nothing.

This kid makes it entertaining. Not only is his jackassery amusing, he pings a few fouls before ultimately getting....well I'll let you find out that part yourself. My question is, is this kind of stuff even "legal" in baseball? Can they penalize you or chuck balls at your head if you're doing this kind of stuff?  He's respectful to the ump and everyting, I'm just wondering if they can throw him out for burning off all this nervous energy.
