Jimmie Johnson Tames Texas [VIDEO]

The Wild Asphalt Circus at the Texas Motor Speedway was just that: wild. Check out some more details after the jump.

Jimmie Johnson held off a very strong Brad Keselowski who still sits just shy of tying the five-time champion, but nonetheless, Johnson holds a slim lead.

The race itself was pretty crazy, with cars losing splitters in the infield and tire wear being prevalent throughout the marathon.

Next week, the drivers visit Phoenix International Speedway, where the two-man chase contention will continue between Johnson and Keselowski, so be sure to tune in!
