The Party In The Poconos 400 went to Jimmie Johnson after the #48 driver and crew excelled and dominated the entire race.

Pocono Raceway, known for it's lack of turn four and excessive length, is a peculiar race due to the aforementioned traits. Teams and drivers have to conjure up a different scheme each and every week, but Pocono is an entirely different story. Leave it to Jimmie Johnson and Crew Chief Chad Knaus to figure it out yet again and continue their 2013 reign.

Other notables from today's Cup race include Dale Earnhardt Jr. finishing third, registering a quality finish that bolstered his points standing (now currently fourth). Greg Biffle finished runner-up, Tony Stewart showed some spunk and finished fourth and a strong effort from Ryan Newman rounded out the top five.

Look for Earnhardt Jr. to have some more success next week, as the drivers take a trip to Michigan.
