Happy Birthday to Judge Wapner of "The People's Court". Evidently he's still rockin' at 96 years old. He's a great reminder of what justice used to be.

Now the "New People's Court" I'm referring to is Facebook. Evidently when they hide behind a computer people feel free to judge you, even though they have little to no facts. Even worse, to a degree, people can make wild-ass claims about you and unless you want to get an attorney involved, they can get away with it.

Yesterday I had person on Facebook accuse me of stealing from his charity with the guy saying "it was on the news and everything".  One problem, that wasn't me. Either this guy was mixed up, or he had some other ax to grind (he was commenting on something unrelated). I've been accused of pretty much everything (mostly unjustly) but never stealing or embezzling or whatever turn you want to use for taking for a charity.  Go ahead and Google it all day. Even better, after searching my name, I Googled "Lubbock D.J. steals...(and stole)" or "Lubbock announcer steals..." and I can't find anything. I simply can't find a record of any d.j., radio or otherwise stealing anything. None. Zip. Nada. Not me, not anybody.

Once again, I use myself as ammo for you to use in your life. Jerks are going to try to run you down. They're going to make false claims and say whatever hurtful thing they can say to bring you down. You have to remember to rise above it. Always remember what I like to say, "Only monkeys throw sh!t". Our true friends know us and know our hearts. The trolls can go back under their bridges.

Happy Birthday Judge Wapner. We need you now more than ever.
