Knucklehead Hands Out Halloween Nose Candy To The Kiddies

A few weeks ago I told you guys about a couple old people in England who were growing "weed" in their garden. According to the police report the elderly couple bought the plant from a boot sale (think flea market), and had no idea what it was, just that it was pretty.  Well now it seems there has been more strange drug activity in the news across the pond. Check it out, a 33 year old man was arrested for handing out bags of cocaine to trick or treaters.

Parents contacted police after going through their kids haul and finding the baggies. At this time there was no other information available as to whether or not this was a Halloween prank or an accident by the man.

Makes you rethink all that talk about the "parent candy tax."
