Rain was the reason for a late start and an early finish in NASCAR's first of two visits to Michigan this season, but Kurt Busch capitalized and seized the checkered flag.

Busch captured his second victory of the aging season, as the points race is starting to become more and more important with each passing week. Jimmie Johnson holds the top spot in the standings with four wins, as Harvick and Kurt Busch hold second and third, both with two wins.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. had another strong run, taking the runner-up spot, as Martin Truex Jr. continued his success with a third place finish. Matt Kenseth and Joey Logano rounded up the rest of the top five.

Next week, the drivers get a break, then it's off to wine country to race in the hills of Sonoma.
