Let’s Hear It For National Grilled Cheese Day

I seriously think there is a "national" day for literally everything.

April 10th was National Sibling Day, April 11th was National Pet Day, and today, April 12, is National Grilled Cheese Day... Don't believe me? Google it...

So, in honor of the sandwich filled with cheesy goodness, I have decided to share with you my super secret recipe for the perfect grilled cheese sandwich.

Start out by melting your butter in the pan and add a little salt, toast one side of the bread then flip it and put two slices of your favorite cheese on the toasted sides and toast the other sides of the bread.
