Stephen Jones is as upset about the BS LP&L is pulling on us as we all are. So he attempted to make his outrage known.

I say attempted because Stephen paid his entire bill, around $500, in change. That part is an epic win. However in what could only be expected of LP&L's customer service they then took 6 HOURS to count it. WITH A CHANGE COUNTER! That is downright laziness. But they didn't have any other customers to attend to, so they had every right to waste all day trying to be a jerk back to Mr. Jones, right? I expected as much from a company whose customer service is so poor, that they would put having the last word above getting their job done, and moving on to help other paying customers.
