Think back to the 90's, boy bands were the princes of the pop music world.

If bands like the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync were the princes of the pop music industry then Lou Pearlman was definitely the king of the music business.

That is until the world found out he was such a snake.

Pearlman was convicted of being the mastermind of a Ponzie scheme in 2008 and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Pearlman died at the age of 62 while still in prison Friday, August 19, 2016 after serving just 8 years of his sentence.

Upon hearing of Pearlman's death, Lance Bass of N'Sync, tweeted condolences proving that while he did take advantage of artists while they were naive young boys, those boys grew up to be decent men.
