Lubbock ISD Band Strikes Up The 33rd Extravaganza On Tuesday Night

Each year Lubbock ISD holds a very special event to showcase the how many talented young musicians there within our local school district.

This year's LISD Band Extravaganza will take place this Tuesday, September 27th at Lowery Field Plains National Bank Park beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets are $5.00 Or $6.00 per person at the gate, kids under four are free.

This is the 33rd annual Band Extravaganza and if you have never attended one let me tell you, this is a very cool event.

These kids work just as hard as the athletes who normally play on this field but many times do not receive the recognition they deserve.

So, I really encourage you to get out and show your support for all their hard work.
