Lubbock Meals On Wheels Makes It Easy As Pie

Who doesn't like pie? Well, my guess is terrorists don't like pie. It's probably why their in a bad mood all the time. Now, us REAL Americans LOVE pie and we have a great way to help out a very cool organization and get some rockin' pie in the process. It's the Meals On Wheels "Feed A Friend, It's As Easy As Pie" fundraiser.

Meals On Wheels provides hot meals to the home bound.  Just imagine what that means in this cold weather.  In addition, sometimes Meals On Wheels is the only friendly face these people ever see.   You can help support their cause by donating $5 at any Lubbock United Supermarket. In return you'll get a coupon for a free Sara Lee Pie.  It's that easy to help out.  The choices of pies are really awesome too. You can select pumpkin, cherry, sweet potato, regular apple, dutch apple, mince or peach.

You have until Saturday to make your donation.  Get out there, help out and get your free pie!
